There is a lot of apprehension regarding Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. The internet has become a melting pot for airing all these apprehensions. Blogs, chat rooms and emails are abuzz as the release date for Transformers 2 approaches. Everyone knows that the movie is going to be a block buster. This is something everyone agrees on, and they also know that it's the sequel to the first Transformers movie.
The apprehensions surround the plot of the movie. A number of the major robots were destroyed in the final battle in the last movie. Will they be restored by the famous 'All Spark'? If yes, how many will be returning? Will 'the Fallen' be the main villain or not? These and countless other questions are flooding the internet.
People are always apprehensive when a sequel is produced and released. Some sequels turn out to be pointless, and a waste of time, whereas others are far more fascinating than the first. Also, there is the fact that the actual story is being kept under wraps and the director even admitted to misleading the public. All the possible plots that may take place in Transformers 2 are based on hearsay.
Some fans strongly believe that the story will reveal that the Transformers were on earth before civilization begun, and they returned to regain the almighty All Spark from earth and to kidnap Sam. Others believe that the killed leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, is restored. Also, that Jazz (the small talkative Autobot Transformer who was destroyed in the first movie) is also making a comeback.
Most of the theories are based on the comic book series, and fans are drawing their conclusions based on them. Of course a lot of action, fighting, grunting, and reckless destruction by the robots as they wage war against each other is expected from the movie. The budget allocation is much higher than it was for the first movie.
The film makers have gone ahead and announced a third movie will be following soon, so they are expecting Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen to be a whopping success. Also, the movie has been shot on location in numerous countries including Egypt, the Middle East and France. Fans are expecting the action to take place globally, and not only in America.
What the fans don't want is to be let down. That's one thing for sure: the fans want the movie to show some new and spectacular twists in the story. Not just a battle between the Decepticons and Autobots with some humans caught in between. They want action, excitement and thrills, and this is what they are looking forward to. Anything less than a good storyline and excellent filming is going to be heavily criticised. Ardent Transformers fans want thrills and action, and will not settle for less.
The film makers are quite sure that the fans will receive the thrills they are expecting. They are quite confident that the movie will not disappoint fans. After all, they have poured a lot of money and time into the movie. All apprehensions of the fans will die once the movie hits the theatres.
Don't miss the new
